Returns and refund policy
Emma & Pickles hopes you will be delighted with your purchase and offers a no-quibble money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with any item you order from us. To receive a refund, please just return the item to us within 28 days of receipt unworn and in its ‘as new’ condition in the original packaging stating the reason it is not suitable. Please don’t forget to include your full name and contact details and tell us if you would prefer to exchange it for another item. We suggest you obtain a certificate of posting prior to despatch. Cancellation policy
If you decide you want to cancel your order for any reason, please tell us in writing by email or letter as soon as possible and in any event within 7 days of submitting the order. If the goods have not yet been despatched then a full refund will be made within 30 days. In the event that the goods have already been despatched then our returns policy (please see above) will apply.
